“ My husband and I were in Permet for 2 nights, and we ate dinner both nights at Trifilia. It is that amazing! My husband ordered the cream soup with lamb shank (both meals). One night, he had the pie of the day, and the next, he had the veal pie. He loved all of it! I had the steak and fries with a pickled salad, and the second night, I had the best roast beef with fries and a Trifilia salad (house salad). Omgosh, everything was amazing! I also had a glass of their homemade red wine, and my husband had a Korcha beer. The bill was less than $30.00 USD for this fabulous meal! The service was great, too! They were friendly, patient, and professional! We highly recommend this special restaurant if you are near or in Permet, Albania. Thank you for a wonderful experience! ”

“ Trifilia is the best meal we’ve had in Albania! We were hungry as so far we’ve seen way too much pizza, pasta and risotto on menus. We ordered the eggplant (stuffed with garlic, onion and tomato), dolmas (rice stuffed vine leaves), and fresh salad (with fruits and balsamic). These were also delicious and fresh! We also tried the beef meatballs (more a meaty patty) but the meat highlight was the slow cooked lamb. It literally fell off the bone and the meat separated easily off the fat - with salt, olive oil and lemon…perfection! The owner was so kind and helpful and the restaurant has traditional decor and comfortable seating. Absolutely our favourite meal and couldn’t recommend enough! ”

This will definitely be one we will remember. Very fresh and amazing flavours, one thing that really stood out for us was the feta bake with honey glaze and walnuts because actually we have this at home at our local Greek restaurant, this was another level! The team here deliver excellent service - I hope one day Gordon Ramsey comes here to try the food, I think he will love it Beautiful place as well, lovely plants ”
